First & foremost, I just think it’s important to touch on Jessica as a human; she is absolutely one of the most genuine, kind, family oriented, I think people oriented individuals I have come in contact with. I have known her for close to 15 years, but I’ve never seen her treat anyone as if she just met them. The time, care, & effort she puts forth in helping people find their dream home is something beyond what I think I would have experienced with another agent.
We started our journey looking for land, and Jess was constantly sending me properties that fit what we needed/wanted. Long story short, the land didn’t work out, but she never stopped checking in - because she truly cared. Fast forward 18ish months & we were in a more stable position to really begin our home search. I woke up to multiple properties daily, from Asheville to Hendersonville to Morganton & she was always willing to answer my (sometimes silly) questions, get dirty (literally, in crawl spaces), and give her completely honest opinion, work with my parents and their questions, & even just to say a prayer for me/us when I was feeling a little defeated.
We found our home, and just knew. The property, the area, everything was just perfect. She wasted no time in preparing our offer & encouraging me to write a letter to the sellers so I would stand out. After a little bit of negotiations, our offer was accepted & we began getting ready for signing day. That morning was rough, but she talked me through it - constantly telling me I had it & I deserved it & that she was proud of me for what I did to get to this point.
When we showed up, she was ready with a huge smile & gifts, and a big hug! Genuinely excited, and I know, she’s like that with everyone; whether she’s known you 15 years or 15 days.
I would recommend her to anyone, and we are so grateful for her & for our home.
